The Situation.Complete Title Services, LLC realized it needed a new identity and visual strategy to help their brand have a distinct and consistent look across both their wide range of marketing pieces and their everyday resources (such as forms and rate cards). They have multiple locations and they continue to grow and expand throughout the state of Minnesota, so a flexible solution was found to embrace the growing company. Solution.We used the concept that Complete Title is there to take care of all your title needs – and they will do an excellent job at it. The "Relax. It's Complete." tagline was developed, and imagery was focused around this concept. Their new identity is both professional and creative, and doesn't follow the normal recurring themes that are commonly associated with this kind of business. Using photos that convey the 'relax' idea and making their previously mundane and hard-to-understand pieces much more tangible and easily navigated, helps solidify some points about Complete Title Services, LLC: they provide exceptional customer service; their quality of service is excellent; and they do the job well.
